Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, outdoor marketing, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to increase revenue and market share.
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure maximum profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
- Manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales cycle.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team in a fully remote
capacity. The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with practical design solutions,
collaborating with clients virtually to transform their spaces into functional, aesthetically
pleasing environments
Key Responsibilities
– Consult with team remotely to understand the needs, preferences, and budget constraints
– Develop comprehensive design concepts, including color schemes, furniture layouts, and material selections
– Create detailed design presentations using digital tools and software
– Prepare detailed project specifications and documentation
– Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
– Conduct virtual site visits and consultations using video conferencing tools
– Present design concepts to clients via digital platforms
– Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the design process## Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
– Minimum 3 years of professional interior design experience
– Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite)
– Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects
– Excellent visual communication skills
– Experience working remotely with clients and team members
– Strong time management and organizational skills
