Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, outdoor marketing, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to increase revenue and market share.
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure maximum profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
- Manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Desired Candidate:
- Proven track record in Outdoor sales with mandatory experience in the furniture industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Outdoor sales.
- The candidate must have a valid UAE driving license
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The Candidate must have strong self-management skill
Time management and prioritization abilities - Understanding of market trends and customer needs
Willingness to travel as needed - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
