Majestic Home Return & Purchase Policy

1. Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of the Goods purchased from Majestic Home,

you may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

The Goods must be unused, unmarked, unassembled, and in original condition.

Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount based on the weight and volume of the product.

If the product is damaged, used, or not in original condition, the return request will be rejected.

2. Delivery Time

Big Items: 5–15 Business Days

Small Items: 3–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability and logistics.

3. Delivery Charges

Free delivery for orders above AED 1000

AED 75 delivery charge for orders below AED 1000

All delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Collection

If the item was delivered by Majestic Home, our delivery team will arrange pickup from your location.

Return shipping charges will apply based on the product size, weight, and location.

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval by Majestic Home.

If the returned product is found in good condition:

* With original packaging: A 10% deduction will apply on the product value.
* Without original packaging: Up to 25% deduction will apply on the product value.

The final deduction amount will depend on the product condition after inspection.

If the product is damaged, used, or not in acceptable condition, Majestic Home reserves the right to reject the return request.

Items collected directly from the Majestic Home showroom must be returned to the same showroom for exchange, credit note, or refund.

Returned items cannot be brought directly to the showroom if they were delivered by Majestic Home.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 Business Days.

Refunds will be issued only through:

Original mode of payment

Store credit (no expiry)

Exchange with another product

Cash on Delivery orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

6. Storage Policy

Majestic Home can store purchased products in our warehouse for up to 30 days free of charge.

After 30 days:

A 10% monthly storage fee will apply on the total order value.

If the storage fee is not paid, Majestic Home reserves the right to cancel the order and refund after deducting 10% of the order value.

7. Packaging Requirement

Customers must maintain all original packaging materials.

Even in case of faulty or damaged items:

Packaging must be kept.

If returned without packaging, Majestic Home reserves the right to deduct up to 25% of the product value.

If customers request our team to remove packaging after installation,

it will be considered as acceptance of the goods, and the item will not be eligible for return.

8. Assembly & Installation

Assembled items are not eligible for return.

Sofas and dining tables are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once unpacked or assembled.

9. Damaged & Faulty Items

Customers must inspect all products within 24 hours of delivery.

If any damage or defect is found:

Notify Majestic Home immediately through official email.

Maintain original packaging.

Follow the return process and obtain return authorization before sending any items.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

10. Custom-Made & Pre-Order Products

Customized and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Customers must ensure all specifications are correct before confirming the order.

Pre-orders will be delivered within the mentioned timeline.
In case of unavoidable delays, customers may cancel and receive a full refund without extra compensation.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, delivery and logistics charges will not be refunded.

For special or customized items already in production, cancellation and refund are not possible.

12. Product Specifications

Due to continuous production and technology updates, slight variations in color, texture, or fixing methods may occur between batches.

Customers placing orders at different times for the same product should expect minor differences.
