We believe in premium service beyond purchase — offering clear, fair, and structured return and delivery guidelines for your peace of mind.
1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
At Majestic Home, we are committed to delivering quality, elegance, and trust. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unmarked, unassembled, and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging and all accessories intact
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, calculated based on product size, weight, and logistics requirements.
Products that are used, damaged, or not in original condition may be declined for return.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Large Furniture Items: 5–15 Business Days
- Small Items: 3–10 Business Days
Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and logistics conditions.
3. Delivery Charges
- Free delivery on orders above AED 1000
- AED 75 delivery fee for orders below AED 1000
All delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Return Collection & Inspection
If delivered by Majestic Home, our logistics team will arrange pickup from your location.
All returned items undergo quality inspection before approval.
If approved:
- With original packaging: 10% deduction applies
- Without original packaging: Up to 25% deduction applies
Final deduction depends on inspection results.
Items collected from our showroom must be returned directly to the showroom for processing.
5. Refund Method & Processing Time
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via:
- Original payment method
- Store credit (no expiry)
- Exchange for another product
Cash on delivery orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
6. Storage Policy
We offer complimentary storage for up to 30 days.
After 30 days:
- A 10% monthly storage fee applies
If unpaid, Majestic Home reserves the right to cancel the order and refund after deducting 10% of order value.
7. Packaging Requirements
Original packaging is mandatory for all returns.
- With packaging: standard deduction applies
- Without packaging: up to 25% deduction applies
If packaging is removed upon customer request after installation, the product is considered accepted and becomes non-returnable.
8. Assembly & Installation
Once assembled or installed, items become non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This includes sofas, dining tables, and similar furniture items once unpacked.
9. Damaged or Faulty Items
Customers must inspect all items within 24 hours of delivery.
If damage or defects are found:
- Notify Majestic Home immediately via official contact channels
- Retain original packaging
- Obtain return authorization before any return action
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
10. Custom & Pre-Order Items
Custom-made and pre-order items are final sale and non-refundable.
Customers must confirm all specifications before placing orders.
In case of unavoidable delays, cancellation with full refund (without additional compensation) may be offered.
11. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, shipping and logistics charges are non-refundable.
Custom or production-stage orders cannot be cancelled.
12. Product Variations
Due to natural production and material variations, slight differences in color, texture, or finishing may occur between batches.
Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
