About Warranty

We extend a 1-month warranty on our furniture to address any manufacturing defects in workmanship, beginning from the delivery date.

 

What is excluded from our warranty coverage?

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse or self-inflicted harm

Neglect or inadequate maintenance

Furniture improperly assembled, stored in unsuitable conditions (such as damp or sunny environments)

Alterations made by the user

Non-compliance with the instructions or guidance provided by Majestic Furniture’s policies or team members

Please ensure that any issues are reported within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon delivery to qualify for a valid claim

 

 

Delivery

Shipping Policy

 

Free Delivery: All our listed furniture packages include free delivery for orders within the emirate of Fujairah and for orders over 1000 AED across ALL United Arab Emirates. For orders below this amount, delivery charges will be based on location, but we will make every effort to keep these costs to a minimum. Enjoy the convenience of no delivery fees when you place an order that meets the criteria!

 

We usually deliver within 5-10 days and sometimes can be as quick as 24 hours if you have more urgent requirements and call us to inform that. We will always try our best to accommodate your needs.

 

We will deliver and assemble everything. This includes setting the dining table, making the beds, hanging any artwork and mirrors. Our team will always set the furniture in the most practical and space-saving manner. We make sure that access to things like TV points and electrical sockets is not blocked. We will then remove all the waste and make sure the property is vacuumed throughout so it’s ready for immediate occupation

Refund & Returns Policy

 

Post-Purchasing

Whenever you shop with us we want you to be delighted with your goods.

However, if for any reason you wish to return them, we offer our online customers a 5 Day Returns policy. This returns policy ONLY applies to online purchases made on this website. If you would like to return the item/s for a refund, please send an email to sales@majestic-fur.com  or call our customer care number 050 971 9972. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Upon delivery the driver will take several pictures of the item/s and you will be required to sign a Delivery Note confirming you are happy with the conditions of the goods. If we go to collect any item/s and there is damage, the item/s will not be collected.

Note: There is a 99 AED collection fee for all Returns. The cost, if any, of the original delivery will not be refunded and the cost of collection will be deducted from the total refund.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to take care of the product/s and ensure they are returned to us safely and in a saleable condition. Please take every precaution to ensure the goods are in exactly the same condition as when you received them. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

When handling/moving an item please take great care not to damage the item. Any item that suffers accidental damage after we have delivered your item will not be eligible for return.
