1. Returns & Refund Eligibility<\/h2>

At Majestic Home, we are committed to delivering quality, elegance, and trust. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>

To qualify for a return, items must be:<\/p>

  • Unused, unmarked, unassembled, and in original condition<\/li>
  • Returned with original packaging and all accessories intact<\/li><\/ul>

    Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, calculated based on product size, weight, and logistics requirements.<\/p>

    Products that are used, damaged, or not in original condition may be declined for return.<\/p>

    2. Delivery Timelines<\/h2>
    • Large Furniture Items:<\/strong> 5\u201315 Business Days<\/li>
    • Small Items:<\/strong> 3\u201310 Business Days<\/li><\/ul>

      Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and logistics conditions.<\/p>

      3. Delivery Charges<\/h2>
      • Free delivery on orders above AED 1000<\/strong><\/li>
      • AED 75 delivery fee for orders below AED 1000<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

        All delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.<\/p>

        4. Return Collection & Inspection<\/h2>

        If delivered by Majestic Home, our logistics team will arrange pickup from your location.<\/p>

        All returned items undergo quality inspection before approval.<\/p>

        If approved:<\/p>

        • With original packaging: 10% deduction<\/strong> applies<\/li>
        • Without original packaging: Up to 25% deduction<\/strong> applies<\/li><\/ul>

          Final deduction depends on inspection results.<\/p>

          Items collected from our showroom must be returned directly to the showroom for processing.<\/p>

          5. Refund Method & Processing Time<\/h2>

          Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5\u201310 business days<\/strong> via:<\/p>

          • Original payment method<\/li>
          • Store credit (no expiry)<\/li>
          • Exchange for another product<\/li><\/ul>

            Cash on delivery orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only<\/strong>.<\/p>

            6. Storage Policy<\/h2>

            We offer complimentary storage for up to 30 days<\/strong>.<\/p>

            After 30 days:<\/p>

            • A 10% monthly storage fee<\/strong> applies<\/li><\/ul>

              If unpaid, Majestic Home reserves the right to cancel the order and refund after deducting 10% of order value<\/strong>.<\/p>

              7. Packaging Requirements<\/h2>

              Original packaging is mandatory for all returns.<\/p>

              • With packaging: standard deduction applies<\/li>
              • Without packaging: up to 25% deduction<\/strong> applies<\/li><\/ul>

                If packaging is removed upon customer request after installation, the product is considered accepted and becomes non-returnable.<\/p>

                8. Assembly & Installation<\/h2>

                Once assembled or installed, items become non-returnable and non-exchangeable<\/strong>.<\/p>

                This includes sofas, dining tables, and similar furniture items once unpacked.<\/p>

                9. Damaged or Faulty Items<\/h2>

                Customers must inspect all items within 24 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>

                If damage or defects are found:<\/p>

                • Notify Majestic Home immediately via official contact channels<\/li>
                • Retain original packaging<\/li>
                • Obtain return authorization before any return action<\/li><\/ul>

                  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.<\/p>

                  10. Custom & Pre-Order Items<\/h2>

                  Custom-made and pre-order items are final sale and non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>

                  Customers must confirm all specifications before placing orders.<\/p>

                  In case of unavoidable delays, cancellation with full refund (without additional compensation) may be offered.<\/p>

                  11. Order Cancellation<\/h2>

                  Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.<\/p>

                  Once shipped, shipping and logistics charges are non-refundable.<\/p>

                  Custom or production-stage orders cannot be cancelled.<\/p>

                  12. Product Variations<\/h2>

                  Due to natural production and material variations, slight differences in color, texture, or finishing may occur between batches.<\/p>
